For twelve years we have operated the middle of the Kingdom's cash supply chain — the part nobody sees when it works, and nobody can ignore when it does not. Mobilisation is measured in weeks, not quarters. Crews cut over at twenty-five machines each per day, regions concurrently, against a machine register and a cost baseline agreed before day one. By week three the whole estate sits under a single service level agreement and a single invoice.تُقاس مدة التعبئة بالأسابيع لا بالأرباع. تنتقل الأطقم بمعدل خمسة وعشرين جهازاً لكل طاقم يومياً، وفي المناطق كافة بالتوازي، وفق سجلّ أجهزة وخط أساس للتكلفة يُعتمدان قبل اليوم الأول. وبحلول الأسبوع الثالث تكون الشبكة كاملةً تحت اتفاقية مستوى خدمة واحدة وفاتورة واحدة.
